• Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original, resalable condition.
• Packaging, tags, and seals must be intact and undamaged.

2. Non-returnable Items

• Opened skincare, sun care, or body care products (due to hygiene reasons).
• Gift cards or promotional/free items.

3. How to Initiate a Return

• Provide your order number and reason for the return.
• We will share return instructions. Please note: return shipping is at the customer's expense unless the product is defective or there was an error on our part.
